Commelina benghalensis
In Central Africa, this indestructible plant is known as witch weed. When it is cut, it sprouts out from almost any part and quickly forms new plants. Even when pulled out, it grows right back because it contains seeds on its roots that are left behind to regenerate. It is particularly widespread in savannah zones, where it is favoured by herbicides used against cotton and in forest areas.
