The report summarizes the results of the 2021 validation of Project Completion Reports (PCRs) and Expanded Supervision Reports (XSRs) by the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE). PCRs are self-assessments of project performance by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); XSRs are their equivalent for IDB Invest.
