Country Program Evaluation: Ecuador 2012-2017
This will be the third independent evaluation that OVE has conducted of the IDB’s country program with Ecuador, and the first to cover the work of the IDB Group. This evaluation covers the IDB Group’s program over the 2012-2017 period, which was guided by the IDB’s country strategy with Ecuador for 2012-2017 (document GN-2680). Its main objectives are to facilitate accountability and identify lessons learned that can improve the Bank’s program in the future.
