Inter-American Development Bank Sustainability Report 2013 (Report Summary)

Long-term economic growth and the reduction of poverty and inequality in Latin America and the Caribbean depend on development that is both socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable. At the Inter-American Development Bank, this means maximizing positive environmental and social outcomes while minimizing risks and negative impacts to people and natural capital. We do this through support to the region through a balanced combination of loans, grants, special programs, and knowledge products.
