Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Portugal: Portuguese Experience in PPP Main Development Areas
Presentation delivered during the event "Experiencias de Provisión y Financiamiento de Infraestructura bajo Asociaciones Público Privadas (APPs)", held at the Inter-American Development Bank headquarters, Washington D.C., December 8-9, 2005.
