Some data on the lymphocystosis of the Baltic flounder
On the basis of the registration of the disease extensiveness and its intensity for the 1970-1975 period and the tagging data for the affected and “healthy” fish in 1972-1974, the characteristics of lymphocystosis distribution by regions, years and seasons, as well as size-sexual differences in the disease prevalence, the peculiarities of lymphocystosis excrescences on the fish body and presumable evaluation of lymphocystosis significance as mortality factor are given.
