The state of the Ugandan freshwater resources: need for environmental protection
The availability of freshwater and its quality are some of the most important resource concerns in regions of the world especially the tropics. Water should be available for various uses and purposes ranging from domestic and industrial, irrigation, fisheries, navigation/transportation, recreation and for power generation purposes.
