The Southern California jack mackerel fishery and age composition of the catch for the 1957-58 through 1961-62 seasons
Approximately 29.7,25.9, 50.9, 64.6, and 102.9 millionpounds were landed for the 1957-58 through 1961-62 seasons.The 1957, 1958, 1959, and 1960 year classes each contributedover 100 million fish to the fishery over the fiveseasons. The 1958 year class also contributed 112 millionpounds landed. (27pp.)
