Small RNA sequencing 'HoneySweet' and 'Stanley' plum fruit and leaf
Fruit and leaf small RNAs from Plum Pox Virus resistant transgenic 'HoneySweet' plum and a comparator 'Stanley' plum were sequenced from several locations in Europe and the USA specifically to understand the sRNA population related to the transgenes.
