Small RNA_Seq of 21 dpi chicken thymus challenged with 648A vv+MDV

Differentially expressed microRNAs were identified in thymus samples of a Marek’s disease (MD) resistant line and a susceptible line of birds at 21 dpi of vv+MDV challenge. Those microRNAs might be associated with resistance and/or susceptibility to MD.
