Vole_16S_social_isolation
Prairie voles are a model organism for social affiliation behavior and neuroendocrine signaling and this study compares of the microbiome of Microtus ochrogaster (prairie vole) before and after social isolation. Control animals were cohoused with same-sex conspecific.
