TnSeq mapping and BarSeq quantification of Ralstonia mutant fitness
We created transposon insertion libraries in 3 plant pathogenic Ralstonia isolates using pKMW3, a randomly barcoded Mariner transposon vector. Mutant libraries were created in R. pseudosolanacearum GMI1000, R. solanacearum IBSBF1503, and R. syzygii PSI07. (Note: The genomes for several strains are still classified as R. solanacearum, but the names here reflect the current taxonomy).
