Resequencing of Turicibacter sanguinis MOL361

Nanopore long read sequencing was conducted to complete the genome of Turicibacter sanguinis MOL361. These reads were assembly in unicycler with the original HiSeq reads from bioproject PRJNA500327 to produce a complete genome with two contigs. However, quality control revealed the small second plasmid to be a contaminant. This left one closed, circular chromosome for T. sanguinis MOL361
