Aspergillus flavus strain:NRRL 30797 | isolate:K49 Genome sequencing and assembly
The genomes of three strains of Aspergillus flavus with demonstrated utility for the biological control of aflatoxin were sequenced. This whole genome sequence is valuable for basic biological, agricultural and epidemiological research facilitating the identification of specific strains.
