Acacia koa Transcriptome or Gene expression

We utilized Illumina sequencing technology to characterize the transcriptome of Acacia koa. We aim to develop molecular markers that can be used to select superior seedlings. The genomic resources of this A. koa is currently limited; this study will provide valuable sequence information and contribute to further research on A. koa.
