NAIP Quarter Quad and Photocenter Shapefiles
<p>The National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) acquires imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental U.S. A primary goal of the NAIP program is to enable availability of digital orthophotography within a year of acquisition.</p> <p><strong>NDOP Imagery</strong> The National Digital Orthophoto Program (NDOP) is to provide complete coverage of the USA and its territories and possessions, as well as to develop a maintenance program to update digital orthoimagery every 3 to 10 years.</p> <p><strong>NAPP Imagery</strong> The NAPP program began in 1987 as a replacement for NHAP, with the objective of acquiring complete uniform photo coverage of the conterminous 48 States over a 5 to 7 year cycle.</p> <p><strong>NHAP Imagery</strong> The NHAP program was started in 1978 by a number of Federal agencies combining their funds and knowledge to provide the greatest range of users with consistent and systematic aerial photography coverage of the United States. </p> <p><strong>NRCS Imagery</strong> Photography secured for the Forest Service (FS) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) can be purchased from the APFO by following the same procedures outlined for FSA photography.</p> <p><strong>FSA Imagery</strong> Photography secured for the Forest Service (FS) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) can be purchased from the APFO by following the same procedures outlined for FSA photography.</p> <p><strong>USFS Imagery</strong> Photography secured for the Forest Service (FS) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) can be purchased from the APFO by following the same procedures outlined for FSA photography.</p> <p><strong>Other Photography and Images</strong> Photography secured for the Forest Service (FS) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) can be purchased from the APFO by following the same procedures outlined for FSA photography. </p><div><br>Resources in this dataset:</div><br><ul><li><p>Resource Title: NAIP Quarter Quad and Photocenter Shapefiles.</p> <p>File Name: Web Page, url: <a href="https://www.fpacbc.usda.gov/geo/customer-service/naip-quarter-quad-shapefiles/index.html">https://www.fpacbc.usda.gov/geo/customer-service/naip-quarter-quad-shapefiles/index.html</a> </p><p>The following state links will connect you to shape files that will assist you in coverage selections for NAIP quarter quad tile names.</p></li></ul><p></p>
