Martinique daily interpolated rainfall, 1980-2021, obtained via ordinary kriging
<p><b>Description:</b> This dataset provides daily interpolated rainfall maps for Martinique island, for the period 1980-2021, at 0.001° resolution, derived from daily rain gauge data observations.</p> <p><b>Dataset Preparation Methods:</b> These maps were obtained by performing interpolation from daily rain gauge data (Martinique ORSTOM-DIREN dataset v1 <a href="https://zenodo.org/records/10263910">doi:10.5281/zenodo.10263910</a>), using ordinary kriging with fitting of Exponential variogram models. Resolution of interpolation is 0.001°.
