Hyperspectral calibration database on fresh yam to predict starch and pectin content
This database contains 108 average spectra from hyper spectral images of fresh yam samples acquired in CIRAD (France). Image were collected using a Specim FX17 hyper spectral camera. Seven different varieties from the Yam collection in Guadeloupe were used for the study. This database contains also laboratory data measured on the same yam samples: starch content and pectins content. Data was acquired using MEGHAR, K., DAVRIEUX, F., & ALAMU, E. (2020).
