Comunica que "el Consejo Superior del Poder Judicial en sesión No. 66-17 (...), aprobó la publicación en el marco del Programa de Justicia Juvenil, el l Protocolo de Desjudicialización de las Contravenciones, cuyo texto fue aprobado en la sesión n. 34-16, del 12 de abril del año 2016, artículo LXXXVI", tal y como se detalla en el texto de la circular.
