Oferta de café em Minas Gerais avaliada no ótica dos seus principais condicionantes
This study searched adjust the own-price and cross-price elasticities of coffee supply in Minas Gerais in short and long run periods. As it was expected, the coffee producer's of Minas Gerais sensitives to economic incentives in long run period. The results showed that the cattle breeding and the coffee crops are substitutes activities and the prices policy for the coffee affect directly the decision of the producers.
