Coffee leaf rust in Liberia :
In september 1955 a coffee leaf disease not previously noted was found to be present in Liberia. While the presence of this disease in Liberia does not doom coffee production to failure before even well started, it is desirable that the farmers of the country be advised as to the characteristics of the disease and how best to combat it.
