A study on plant parasitic nematodes of certain commercial crops in coffee tracts of South India
Survey of Plant Parasitic Nematodes of commercial crops grown in coffee tracts revealed the presence of many economically important nematodes like Radopholus similis, Pratylenchus coffeae and Meloidogyne species. In a green-house trial, a selected number of commercial crops responded differently when these three species of nematodes were inoculated separately. A systematic survey alongside laboratory trials was conducted at Central Coffee Research Laboratory during 1970-71 to elicit some information on parasitic nematodes of cash crops grown alongside coffee
