Estudo da organizacao xilemática em Coffea arabica L. pela utilizacao da eosina Y1
An experiment using only one root of the entire root system to absorb the eosine Y showed a well-defined compartmentalization, as observed by alternated stained leaves on the stem, was due to an orthostichous disposition of the xylem tissue in the coffee plant.
