Screening of coffee for resistance against brown-eye-spot disease
Six commercially important cultivars of Coffea arabica and three of C. canephora (Balehonnur robusta) were screened in the nursery against brown-eye-spot disease caused by Cercospora coffeicola None of the materials screened were fully resistant to the disease. Difference in the degree of susceptibility noticed was 2 in the 13 observations recorded for 2 years
