Carbohydrate reserves in relation to vegetative growth, flower bud formation, and crop levels in Arabica coffee
Las reservas de carbohidratos en el cafeto son fundamentales para el crecimiento, la producción y el mantenimiento del vigor de la planta. La falta de esas reservas puede ser importante en los casos de die-back. Las reservas de carbohidratos pueden evaluarse en el leño por el método del índice de yodo.
