The goat as a producer of meat
Because of the way most goats are kept, information on their qualities as a meat animal are very limited. This report is concerned with estimates of the factor influencing the suitability of the goat as a meat animal and to draw attention to factors needing further investigation. An extensive bibliography is included since reports have often appeared in publications limited in availability
