This first wokshop has brought together renowned researchers in the agricultural sector with specific project experience in the application of the systems approach. The group succeeded in taking a significant first step in the analysis of the proposed subject matter, and prescribed future activities which will contribute to the development and refinement of interdisciplinary work.
