Comportamento de cultivares e linhagens de soja em relacao ao nematoide de cisto (Heterodera glycines Ichinohe, 1952) em Goias pesquisa en andamento

SCN was found in an estimated 2.500 ha. area in the State of Goias. Investigating techniques on the comportment of resistant soybean varieties and lineages in Goias, field researches were conducted in the Fazenda Triángulo de Prata, municipality of Chapadao do Ceú-GO, in the 92/93 rop. Two months before planting, in a one ha. experimental area, 42 soil samples were collected. An average population of 94 cyst and 156 random competition trials were conducted in an experimental plot with 103 treatments (genotypes) in four repetitions. The late cycle genotypes were less productived compared to the short cycle ones. This leads to the assumption that more time allowed to the SCN to perpetuate in the soil allows the development of more generations of the host and consequent higher population levels. The specimens will the retested and the research coninued. (MV)
