The desert locust situation in Dominica

The document explains when and where swarms of locust arrived in Dominica. The document then presents a brief weather pattern, locsut survey methodology, control measures, and a planed follow up. Finally, it is explained that no population increase has been observer since the october 15-16 incursion, and local climatic conditions along with bird predation, and possible migration of swarms, keeps the population steadily declining.
