Communication process and its relationships with technology transfer

This paper addresseds agriculture and livestock extension workers interested in trying out new participatory methods of working at the community level. It adds that many programs in one developing countries are trying other means, like the Extension Services, whose projects and activities place great importance on the communication as well as the teaching and learning processes. Different types of media are used to carry out such activities dealing with non-formal education, results and methods demonstrations to increase people's understanding and to develop in them a genuine sense of commitment to find solutions. The document contains sections on Agricultural and livestock institutions; what we understand by technological transference; and the communication process: theoretical framework, the process, diffusion rate, and effective communication.
