An overview of the organic foods industry

It makes a general description of organic food and organic producer, markets for organic food, produce with greatest potential in U.S. markets, and finally, recommends that farmers must not only assure that they follow the rules of organic farming but they must also do their best to avoid contamination from neighbouring farms. Also recommends the need for food good communication links and close coordination with health officials where, spray programs for mosquitos and other pests are concerned. (MIBA)
