Performance appraisal for general services personnel

The Performance Evaluation System of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture seeks to improve the use of human resources; measure deficiency; reveal personal deficiencies; determine the ability of staff members to perform assigned technical and administrative functions and as an aid in planning the Institute's staff development and improvement of the various operations centers. It observes the approval of incentives, promotion of grants and generates staff development efforts in each unit.
