Identification of microsatellite markers potentially linked to witches broom and Phytophtora pod rot resistance genes
The objective of this work to verify if there is molecular polymorphism between the parents of a segregant population of 67 plants and to identify molecular markers potentially associated to genes of resistance to witches 'broom and Phytophthora pod rot. The results obtained create perspectives for the construction of a saturated linkage genetic map, based on microsatellite markers, aiming to identify new resistance genes to witches' broom and black pod rot.
