Propagación del pejibaye in vitro. Propagacao da pupunha in vitro
Although plants have already been obtained by in vitro propagation, no protocol has been developed for regular reproduction of explants. Most of the difficulties have been solved, except for the final stage of inducing functional roots, which is not well understood. It is easy to induce roots, but there is still no guarantee that they will continue to grow when transferred to the greenhouse.
