Terminal evaluation of the UNEP GEF project: Implementing sustainable water resources and wastewater management in Pacific Island Countries

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2009 and 2014. The project's main objective was To improve water resource and wastewater management and water use efficiency in Pacific Island Countries in order to balance overuse and conflicting uses of scarce freshwater resources through policy and legislative reform and implementation of applicable and effective IWRM and WUE plans. The TE set out to determine whether the project achieved its outputs, objectives, outcomes and to the extent possible its impacts and sustainability.
