This report is a terminal evaluation of a UN Environment-GEF project implemented between 2013 and 2017. The project aimed at building capacity in Turkey for effective and full implementation of a National Biosafety Framework (NBF) in line with national development priorities, Cartagena Protocol and other international obligations.
