Terminal evaluation of the UNEP GEF project: Integrating watershed and coastal areas management in the Caribbean Small Island Developing States (IWCAM)

This is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2006 and 2012. The objective of the project was to strengthen the commitment and capacity of the participating countries to implement an integrated approach to the management of watersheds and coastal areas, with a long-term goal of enhancement of the capacity of the countries to plan and manage their aquatic resources and ecosystems on a sustainable basis. The evaluation had two primary purposes: to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, GEF and other partners.
