Visual scoring of starch in Coffea arabica L., 2: Starch in bearing and non-bearing branches
Por el método descrito de estimación visual del contenido de almidón en ramas de C. arabica L., se encontró mayor contenido de almidón en ramas sin producción que en las ramas con cosecha. Se encontró gran variación en el contenido de almidón, especialmente en ramas con cosecha. (Boletín Técnico - CENICAFE no.5:96. 1977)
