Preliminary trial of foliar application of fertilizer to coffee trees
Coffee leaves showing chlorotic symptoms were treated with 1 MnSO4, 0,3 Wuxal, 1 Urea applied as a foliar spray. The results showed that the colour of the treated leaves were turning dark green, light green and yellow respectively. MnSO4 spray gave the best result. Urea could not cure the chlorotic symptoms. It has been proved that the Mn and S (as sulphate) content of the chlorotic leaves were very low (deficient)
