Caracterización de 97 accesiones de chile de la colección del CATIE
The objective of this research was to characterized 97 accessions of Capsicum sp from the CATIE's germplasm collection by through agro-morphological characteristics. A total of 70 characters were evaluated and analyzed. The analysis obtained 10 groups with the 133 subaccesions by the Gower method and was verify by the X{ostrok} test and show significance with the procedence country and specie. The discriminant value from 70 characters obtained a 46 with highest discriminant value, 32 qualitative (significance at 1 percent by X{ostrok} test) and 8 quantitative characters were selected by the "D" Engels Index. The agromorphological characterization permit to know the phenotipic variation and give value to the conserved germplasm and made available to the research programs.
