Millets: the trending ancient grains

This book is a detailed guide to the different millets native to India. Millets are ancient grains that played a major role in human civilisation and were a part of our staple food until a few decades ago. However, due to globalisation and the use of other large grains (wheat, rice, and maize), millets were pushed out of our food baskets. This book hopes to simplify and propagate the reintroduction of millets into our daily diet.
