Innovation in forestry: territorial and value chain relationships

This book is the result of the COST Action E51 on Integrating Innovation and Development Policies for the Forest Sector, which studied innovation policies and processes in the forest sector in Europe. It contains 18 chapters, which are grouped into 2 parts: one on the innovation field of territorial goods and services and the other on wood value chains. Both parts start with a comprehensive conceptual examination of the innovation-related specificities of the two fields and include empirical analyses of some of the most important current innovation fields.
