Las cucurbitáceas delestado Cojedes, Venezuela
RESUMEN Se citan y describen las cucurbitáceas conocidas hasta ahora para el estado Cojedes,Venezuela, representadas por 14 géneros y 20 especies incluyendo silvestres, cultivadas y adventicias; cinco de ellas constituyen nuevas adiciones para la flora de Cojedes. Se incluye una clave para la identificación de las especies y se mencionan algunos usos locales de las mismas. ABSTRACT A citation and brief description are made of the cucurbits from Cojedes state,Venezuela; this family is represented by 14 genera and 20 species, including wild, cultivated and adventitious species; five of them are new additions to the state flora. A key for the species is included and local use are mentioned.
