El cambio tecnológico necesario y posible
This paper aims to take stock of the current state in Latin America of some of the fundamental aspects of what has been called the science-technology-development-dependency problem. In addition to presenting for discussion a mechanism, that of the technology company, which is believed to help make the necessary technological change possible. This proposed mechanism may become a necessary condition to solve the problem posed and achieve the goal set, but it will by no means be a sufficient condition; For this, it is essential to define what the technology to be supplied is wanted for or what type of technology is needed, so as not to increase the dependency that it is intended to fight.
