Final Report: Performance Appraisal for the Department of Management Studies, University of the West Indies, Barbados (Regional Management Training Project)
This consultancy was undertaken to develop a performance appraisal instrument and manual for the Department of Management Studies at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI). Based on findings derived from interviews and a documentation review, the consultancy developed a performance appraisal and accompanying forms that are based on a management by objectives approach, and which emphasize both appraisal and career development planning.
