Pan…Judging the Judges
At the launch of Pan Ramajay, pannists, musical arrangers and the public argued that they are tired of predictable results from every competition and called for a change in judges. However, no new jurists are anxious to come forward and replace the erring few. Pan Trinbago President Owen Serrette stated that is was not an easy problem to solve.
