Regionale voedselketen : evaluatie fase I

This report describes the realization of a regional supply chain for fresh products. This supply chain is characterized by regional sustainable production, chain reduction, high quality and fresh products and better margins for producers. Main purpose of this report is sharing experiences and knowledge (lessons learned).
