Meeting paper on the collaboration of members of the working population who are not members of the teaching profession with both the educational system and with non-formal educational activities - discusses the contribution of their occupational qualifications to the training of others, particularly in view of the teacher shortage and the educational needs of a rapidly changing society, considers the relation of these educational experiments to the production system, stressing life-long education within the context of education and employment, also deals with teacher participation as related to educational strategies, making mention of the school/community relationship
