Training with a modular approach
Recent experience indicates that there is, in the area of Industrial vocational training, a perceptible international trend towards non-formal systems of industrial vocational training and away from formal systems of training. This is accompanied by a definite trend towards co-ordinated and integrated training based on the last thinking in the area of vocational training systems design. Parallel with this trend is the fact that, in many cases, both in the developed and less developed areas of the world, a gap exists between the product of vactional training institutiona and the actual needs of employability.
