1995 Funding Requirements of the CGIAR and Tentative Financing Plan
Paper by the CGIAR Secretariat which updates the status of the financing for approved CGIAR programs in 1994 under the stabilization plan agreed at MTM94, presents for approval the funding levels for TAC recommended center programs and systemwide initiatives in 1995 (in the context of 1994-1998 medium term plans), and proposes a 1995 financing plan for collective donor approval.This is the first attempt to apply the new financial arrangements and the activities matrix system presented for approval at ICW94. It includes a review of financial developments and, details of the allocation of World Bank resources in 1994, proposed 1995 funding for each of the systemwide initiatives, and financial highlights for each of the centers.Agenda document at CGIAR International Centers Week, October 1994.
